We do not provide
a telephone, most mobiles receive a signal somewhere in
the cottage.

TERMS
& CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
1. Unless otherwise arranged,
all bookings are Saturday to Saturday. (Shorter bookings
may be accepted at short notice during the off peak-season.)
2. Arrivals Times arranged from 4 PM. The cottage must be
vacated by 10AM on the morning of departure to allow time
to prepare the cottage for the next guests.
3. Sorry, no pets.
4. No smoking on the premises.
5. No single-sex parties or groups are allowed.
6 . A deposit of 1/3 of the total cost must be received
within 7 days of notification of booking.
7 . The rental balance and security bond must be paid not
later than 6 weeks before the holiday (2 months before Christmas
and New Year) or we reserve the right to re-let.
8 . In the event of cancellation, any payments will only
be refunded if we are able to re-let the property. A cancellation
fee of £100 will be retained.
9 . The security/good housekeeping bond is required to be
paid along with the balance for the holiday. This
will be £150 for the first week, add £50 per
week for additional weeks. This will be repaid after
the holiday, less the cost of any damage and the cost of
electricity used.

bank transfer or Sterling travellers cheque. If you prefer
